REFUND POLICY

Products sold are strictly non-refundable. Our aim is to provide quality products to our customers. If you experience itchy, red skin after coming into contact with our products; or should you receive damaged or faulty product; or receive an incorrect order please contact us within 7 days of purchase. 

Or you may return it back to us immediately by emailing a photo of the product defect and stating your order number. Our Customer Service will contact you within three (3) working days for further instructions on the return process.

How To Exchange Your Goods

Email to ecommerce@thaiodyssey.com. You may also contact Customer Care by phone 0123507833, Monday-Friday (excluding Public Holidays and Weekends) between 10am – 6pm.

Please allow at least ten (10) working days (excluding Public Holidays and Weekends) for us to process your exchange.

We do not provide refunds for change of mind unless goods are damaged or faulty, and in instances where item(s) ordered are out of stock. We will provide refunds for these items and will be credited to the same payment method used.
